Every second, almost one football field’s worth of forest is lost and the amount of carbon dioxide (CO2) released into the atmosphere when trees are cut down for paper production is estimated to be about 28 million metric tons per year. This makes up 20% of all global CO2 emissions.We didn't want to be part of this problem, instead we wanted to be the solution so we produce our paper towels with 100% FSC bamboo fibre.
A lot of people don’t realise that bamboo is a grass and not a tree. It grows incredibly quick and rather than felling a tree it's just given a cut making it a super sustainable source for our paper towels. You can wipe easy knowing that you’re helping to reduce deforestation and preserving our ecosystem.
Don't cut trees and destroy our forests just to dry your hands, use paper towels made from 100% bamboo instead and smile at the world you are saving.
For each carton purchased we plant a fruit tree in Malawi, Africa in partnership with Ripple Africa. This helps communities grow and nurture their own fruit as well as feeding their families, giving them belief in their own future.
